Advanced Programs Requirements Planner/Integration Support Specialist (Job Number:429048)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SAIC has an opportunity for a Requirements Planner and Integration Support Specialist supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) A5/8Z with Advanced Programs Support. The successful applicant will support the integration of advanced program concepts and technology as well as coordinate and integrates resource priorities across the Special Access Program (SAP) portfolio to shape Combat Air Forces (CAF) programming strategy to ensure warfighter future requirements are met. Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Serve as the technical focal point for planning and integration support for SAPs in A5/8Z
- Provide operational, technical, and analytical assistance to document JCIDS and other MAJCOM and Special Access Requirements
- Assist in the drafting, review, and implementation of procedures, policy, systems capability definition and requirement documents, and guidance for incorporation into ACC operations
- Regularly interface with the Joint Staff, Air Staff, MAJCOMs, NAFs, OSD, AF TENCAP, FFRDCs, and other Government organizations when performing duties associated with A5/8Z
- Provide advice and assistance to leadership in the areas of mission need and requirements analysis, concept of operations development; program tradeoff analysis, program roadmap creation including technology insertion, platform integration, and support planning
- Support and advise on matters regarding security integration of weapon systems to meet warfighter needs
- Interface with acquisition, budget, test, and technology communities to facilitate successful planning, programming, and execution of A5/8Z programs
- Plan, coordinate, and attend A5/8Z functions and conferences - approximately six (6) per year
- Represent A5/8Z personnel at CAF requirements meeting and other SAP planning meetings

Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

- Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: TS/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Clearance Level To Obtain: TS/SCI with Poly

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in DoD disciplines including mission need and requirements analysis, budget development, site activation planning, and scheduling
- Ten (10) years' experience working on Air Dominance programs or in the Air Dominance mission area
- Four (4) years of SAP experience required
