Job Description

Outreach and Recruiting Coordinator (Job Number:428941)

Description:

Description: Supports the ADNI/HC Outreach and Recruiting (O&R) by administrating and facilitating interagency IC Recruitment Committee meetings, planning and logistics of IC outreach and recruitment events, and managing correspondence across 17-IC elements. O&R liaison for Human Capital Research Studies and responsible for serving as an interface between researchers and ADNI/HC, capturing and resolving issues, and timely contract deliverable submission.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic planning and communication support in the Vision 2020 development, launching, and execution.
- Provide support to the O&R Office to include supporting recruiting functions and the IC Recruiting Council (ICRC) Monthly Meeting: assists in drafting monthly agenda; sending formal invitations; posting agenda and read-aheads to SharePoint sites; drafting and finalizing briefing material; producing and augmenting meeting minutes; providing comments to meeting minutes; and maintaining the briefing calendar for IC elements. Assisting in building wide-ranging programming to strengthen partnerships between the IC and entities such as 1st and 2nd generation American "heritage communities," academia and professional associations.
- Support the development of IC enterprise recruiting strategies and initiatives.

- Support CHCO-led interagency working groups and communities of interest for outreach, recruiting, and the IC Wounded Warrior program to support performance inquires and assessments against annual goals, objectives, and critical focus areas.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.)
- 5-years' experience in SOW section
- 1-year IC experience

Additional Required Qualifications:

- Serve as project manager for a 5-task order Human Capital Research Study (HCRS). Ensure timely deliverable submission, capture issues and concerns, and serve as the interface between researchers and COTR
- Coordinate monthly outreach events at local Military hospitals across and bi-annually IC hosted outreach events for Wounded Warriors. Represent the IC at outreach events and educate Wounded Warriors about internship opportunities, the IC, and the security clearance process
- Serve as the security clearance SME, responding to Wounded Warrior and medical staff inquiries about requirements, process, and status
- Facilitate timely Wounded Warriors TS/SCI processing
- Submit and process GENESIS request for IC outreach events and materials
- Validate timely vendor payment
- Serve as liaison between the Wounded Warrior internship program managers and the Wounded Warriors and transition staff, ensuring the timely placement and processing Wounded Warriors opportunities
- Provide oversight regarding the Wounded Warrior internship program, ensuring the agencies adhere to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and resolve program branding issues
- Plan Virtual Career fairs, staff outreach events in the DC area, and participate IC recruitment committee meetings and events
- Prepare awards for presentation, record auditing, and participate in award ceremonies Frequent travel to local Military Medical Facilities and other IC elements
- Compile recruiting and outreach data to support ODNI leadership with CDAs, and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) inquires and taskings
- Asses training and education actions and trends for recruitment, outreach, and Wounded Warrior programs that align to IC and DNI priorities
- In-depth IC internship recruitment and staffing program knowledge to support IC recurring recruitment, outreach, and Wounded Warrior meetings
- Identify outreach and recruitment best practices for IC-wide promulgation
- Plan and facilitate inter-agency working group meetings and annual recruitment summits and deliver input into HC policy and integration efforts across the IC
- Contribute to SharePoint website knowledge management by posting meeting minutes, announcements, briefings, blogs, and recruitment events calendar

Desired Qualifications:

- 7-years' IC experience
- 2-years' ODNI experience
- Detail oriented and exceptional regard for quality
- In-depth knowledge of TS/SCI security requirements
- Demonstrated experience planning, leading, and completing complex projects
- Demonstrated ability coordinating and supporting cross-community meetings and working groups
- Familiar with MS Office applications and SharePoint
- SHRM Certification
