Network Security Operations Center Analyst (Job Number:427755)


Job Description

SAIC Is current seeking candidates for a Network Security Operations Center Analst to join our team supporting the Navy Med Program.

- Requires a Security Engineer/Analyst with solid RMF experience and a strong knowledge of DISA STIGs (e.g., Networking).
- This individual will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Cyber Security Division.
- They will execute cybersecurity services to assist in ensuring compliance with Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and DHA and subservices regulations and policies.


TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience.


- Well versed in networking products/technologies such as: routing and routing protocols, L2/L3 switching, firewalls, IPS/IDS, AAA, Remote Access, VPN (IPsec/SSL/GETVPN/LISP) (would prefer to see has held one or more network level certifications - i.e. CCNA, JNCIA, etc.)
- Experienced with all applicable DISA STIGs associated with listed networking technologies, as well as, Enclave, Network Policy, Remote Access Policy, and DMZ STIGS
- Able to work with network engineers and provide sound advice on technologies from a STIG perspective
- Experienced with eMASS
- Experienced with ACAS
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Familiar with DIACAP/RMF processes and procedures such as: o POA&M management: developing detailed milestones and mitigation strategies, PPSM, Writing to IA controls
- Global thinker
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Experienced with Word/Excel/Visio
- Meets certifications/training requirements for IAT Level II.
