Job Description

Sacma Machinery Corporation, the North American sales and service location for the SACMA Group, has a need for an experienced Office Manager. The responsibilities for this position include A/P, A/R, creating purchase orders for parts, transmitting weekly purchase orders to the company headquarters in Milan, Italy, and responding to customer inquiries regarding availability and order status. Additional responsibilities include generating monthly financial reports and assisting the sales and service departments as needed.

Requirements include three to five years of accounting and customer service experience in a manufacturing environment, experience with Sage BusinessWorks is a plus, and excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
