Job Description

Rutgers University-Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking an IELTS Invigilator (Temporary) for the Program in American Language Studies (PALS) of the School of Arts and Sciences (SASN) which will be reporting to the Director.

The IELTS Invigilator (Temporary) duties include but are not limited to:
* Invigilation of the IELTS Exams.
* Invigilators must observe at all times the strictest security and confidentiality concerning the live IELTS materials.
* Invigilators must strictly adhere to all instructions from the Test Day supervisor.
* Ensure that all candidates are fingerprinted before and after the speaking exam, ensure that candidates do not have any personal belongings during the speaking exam, ushering candidates during the speaking interviews.
* Candidates must also complete an IELTS Invigilator application.
* Other duties as assigned.
