Job Description

The Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at The School of Engineering at Rutgers University is currently looking for a candidate to teach one or more undergraduate / graduate course.

Duties: Instruction of an undergraduate or graduate course on campus, including preparing lesson plans, preparing and grading mid-term and final exams. The duties may also include coordinating and mentoring undergraduate/graduate students, and sharing administration responsibilities as well as other duties assigned by the department Chairperson.
The candidate should demonstrate potential for and commitment to a wide variety of undergraduate/graduate industrial and systems engineering courses. The candidate must hold a Master degree, preferably a doctorate in Engineering. His/her degree should be in Industrial and Systems Engineering or other Engineering fields, or Business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite. The individual must have teaching experience.
The candidate will teach one or two course(s) for the department.
Salary per credit for the Fall 2019: $1726
