Brief Description of Team

The Employee Experience team creates a best-in-class working environment for global employees both shoreside and shipboard. We strive to create ambassadors across the world who exemplify the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. brand. We focus on employee listening, recruitment social strategies, and meaningful recognition efforts.

Brief Description of Intern Project

The employee experience intern will be working on social media management and response, ad hoc ad buying and reporting, as well as data and competitor analysis. Additionally, our intern will work with our recognition team and create content as needed. No coffee serving in this role!! We want your creativity and analytical prowess.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for when recruiting Interns?

* Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor or Graduate Marketing, Public Relations or Journalism related degree program
* GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred
* Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis
* Must be able to be employed from May 26th to August 7th on a full-time basis
* Self-driven and motivated
* Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
* Emulates pride, passion and commitment for their job and conveys excitement and enthusiasm for RCL.
* Excited to collaborate and eager to learn from others
* Proven leadership ability, either in a student organization, project, and/or outside the classroom
* Demonstrates a passion for service and commitment to continuous improvement
