Job Description

Rose-Mary, a leader in innovative services to children and adults with developmental disabilities in Ohio, is seeking a Waiver Manager for our 7 waiver funded homes located in Cuyahoga County.

Under the direction of the Director of Waiver Services, the Waiver Manager directly supervises the Assistant Waiver Manager and 7 House Supervisors. The Waiver Manager is responsible for supporting and mentoring supervisory staff of the homes while ensuring exemplary individualized support that exceeds the standards care for the individuals we serve. Professionalism, flexibility, positive attitude, willingness to learn, teach and coach, superior organizational skills and a great communicator a must. Ensures that the operations and practices are in place that meets all regulatory requirements. The Waiver Manager will collaborate with the primary team consisting of the guardians and families of the individuals, Support Administrators from the county board, and Rose-Mary staff.

On-call responsibilities

Some weekends required


Position Requirements:

Three years supervisory/management experience in IDD field, in a waiver setting required

Demonstrated ability for self-direction in work

Valid Ohio Driver's License and proof of automobile insurance with 4 points or less

Bachelor's degree preferred. Comparable experience considered

Proficiency of Internet, smart phone and Microsoft Office Products - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
