Fortune 500 global technology company is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join their growing team in O'Fallon, MO!

Title: Campus Recruiter

Location: O'Fallon, MO

Contract Position: 12 months

Working Hours: M-F typical 8 hour work day

As a Campus Recruiter, you'll support us with activities including:

* Traveling to serve as our recruitment representative for on campus recruiting events.
* Delivering presentations to mid-to-large size audiences, interviewing and assessing university talent and supporting select classroom/student organization opportunities including club engagements, guest speaker engagements and case studies.
* Building and leading internal relationships with hiring managers, campus teams, Executive sponsors, HR business partners and other key partners.
* Managing metrics and requisitions for our intern and full time campus recruitment.
* Maintaining your knowledge of company's business and brand initiatives to promote internal and external awareness.
* Scheduling and follow-up to event planning, campus activities, on-campus events and job fairs.
* Managing campus job postings through handshake, school sites and the company's website and conducting initial screening processes for open positions on school websites and company site. Includes monitoring and tracking the application process.
* Reviewing resumes from key partnership organizations
* Updating applicant tracking system and candidate resource management records in our Human Resources systems (Workday & Salesforce)
* Managing company's flagship internship program in partnership with the North America campus team

Basic qualifications for consideration:

* Experience in collegiate recruiting (Undergraduates and Graduates). Experience with technical recruiting is strongly preferred
* 1+ years of full life-cycle campus recruitment experience including: managing school relationships and platforms including Handshake, requisitions, sourcing, screening and interviewing
* 1+ years' experience with recruitment technologies (i.e.: applicant tracking system (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM)
* Ability and desire to travel up to 60% during peak recruiting season
* 2+ years' experience building rapport and trust with candidates, human resources (HR), hiring managers, and cross-functional business partners.
* Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

* 2+ years' experience supporting campus recruiting and campus programs
* Experience communicating a corporate brand for the purposes of establishing and developing relationships with universities
* Experience in developing communication materials for campus recruitment efforts
* Ability to deliver presentations to all levels of management, students, and academic leaders
* Demonstrable ability to effectively handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
