Cabin Systems Department is looking for a Software Engineer. Our team designs, builds and supports custom products for the world's leading businesses and private jet manufacturers. Projects would include but are not limited to working on the following: Moving Map, High definition entertainment systemsCabin management systems.Cabin management systems allows business jet passengers to control lights, DVD players, satellite TV, multi-disc CD changers, and other entertainment and cabin equipment.The candidate will be responsible for software that is part of the Moving Map for Commercial and Private jet aircraft. The candidate will work with other team members to refine customer requirements, develop software that meets the requirements and architecture, perform hands-on system software development, and be responsible for ensuring technical reliability and functional completeness of program releases into systems integration. Also, the candidate will support systems integration effort through the customer delivery. The candidate is required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.This engineer will become part of the Rockwell Collins team developing applications for both the General Aviation and Air Transport Markets. The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge C and C .
