Job Description

Riot Games was founded in 2006 by Brandon Beck and Marc Merrill with the intent to change the way video games are made and supported for players. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to worldwide acclaim. The game has since gone on to become the most played PC game in the world and a key driver of the explosive growth of esports. Players are the foundation of our community and it's for them we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience. Riot Games is headquartered in Los Angeles, CA and has 23 offices worldwide.

As Broadcast Assistant Production Office Coordinator, you'll work with the production team and producers to deliver our esports broadcasts in North America. Television experience is a must, live broadcast experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

* Assist coordinators and producers for multiple television productions
* Assist the production manager and production coordinator in the creation and distribution of call sheets and production reports
* Schedule and coordinate production assistants and their daily responsibilities
* Organize and track PO logs, expense reports, and filing production paperwork
* Coordinate equipment rentals, scheduling crew, facility coordination (equipment inventory, rentals)

Desired Skills & Attributes:

* Organized and precise, yet flexible: you pay close attention to the fine details, ensuring that mistakes and delays are the exception rather than the rule; you're an effective multitasker and juggle priorities without missing a beat
* A hands-on team player: You're the first one to jump at problems, or offer to help teammates when necessary

A true problem solver: you take deep pride in your work, and view each new problem as an opportunity for success; you approach challenges methodically, sparking discussions as you work towards prioritizing and breaking down the steps to solutions
* Self-starting: you see ambiguity as a challenge and an opportunity; your built-in compass helps steer your team to true north even when conditions are foggy
* Technically proficient: you've got serious internet and social media skills and are familiar and adept with rundown and other production software; you have a basic understanding of content delivery platforms and push strategy; if you don't know it, you're fairly adept at adapting to new technologies
* Feedback-hungry: you're always searching for constructive criticism; while you're confident in your knowledge and XP, you're also humble enough to know you still have more to learn than teach
