Job Description

There is room at the top! Assistant Manager

- Guest Services Under general direction of Vice President of Operations, ensures the smooth operation of the Resort, with focus on Guest Services, by providing exceptional leadership and customer care along with accurate maintenance and implementation of policies, procedures and business reporting.

Essential Functions:

- Manages resort in cooperative liaison with the Assistant Resort Manger Facilities

- Customer Care / Vacation Experience / Relationship management.

- Welcome calls to New Owner Members

- Plan and lead Vacation Club use outreach

- Financial

Services top tier support:

- Online review analysis and responses

- Comment card and report analysis and responses

- Coordinating operations between all departments:

- IT equipment and service coordination

- Property Management System (TSW) super user and service/reporting coordination

- Policy/Procedures consistency

Competencies:

- Demonstrates the flexibility and adaptability necessary in a remote, all-year mountain resort. - Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.

- Provide weekend Management top tier support at the Resort.

- Provide professional and positive leadership.

- Performs a wide range of related duties as needed or requested by Operations Vice resident.

- Manages with budget mindedness.

- Ensures compliance with all applicable safety rules and regulations

- Provides exceptional guest care.

- Ensures appropriate communication within the department and with other areas of the operation.

- Ensures completion of specific tasks and projects that may be requested by management.

- Maintain an uncluttered and professional workspace and a conservative business appearance.

- Effective communication with guests and co-workers.

- Creative problem solving and conflict resolution.

- Assuring customer satisfaction.

- Working irregular hours in adverse weather. - Leadership.

- F&B and Retail experience a plus.
