POSITION PROFILE

Participates in the improvement of the executive-decision making support capability of the company via the functional activities in the portfolio management group. Act as a shared resource across the team in the specific field of assignment. The Portfolio Management Mgr role is the top level function manager to support the portfolio management team with their function capabilities. The FM3 may have direct reports to manage the function they are responsible for. A mid functional manager, who has leading experience in their function. Serves as key point of contact and maintain partnerships with RCL and US Finance, SCM, and other RUSA, RCL Entities. This role will be responsible for providing functional, business support and oversight for cross functional teams.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Makes recommendations to management regarding their specific function.
* Conducts critical analysis in the specific function area including reports and business models.
* Responsible for delivering executive-level presentations of data reporting and trend analysis for functions related to the technology SMEs
* Work directly with technology SME's in support of their technology product lifecycle.
* Leads projects related to understanding and improving the business for each function.
* Leads analysis to provide insight and makes recommendations of trend and data analysis needed to help achieve channel goals.
* Focused across Ricoh on their specific responsibility.
* Safeguards information of a highly confidential and proprietary nature and deals courteously and effectively with a diverse group of contacts, both inside and outside of the department.
* Makes recommendations to SME and management team
* Leads projects related to understanding and improving the business and financial performance of RAC's aftermarket, hardware & software portfolio.
* Assist in development & training of FM1 & FM2
* Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Typically Required:

* Requires 4-year college degree (major in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Math is preferred) or equivalent experience.
* Requires 5+ years of work experience in the specific function area

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Sales and/or marketing experience a plus
* Exercises flexibility and adaptability consistent with the corporate leadership support environment.
* Possesses strong computer skills -- Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
* Strong Communication and presentation skills at various organization levels.
* Ability to quickly understand a problem statement and set a path to a solution.
* Possesses strong analytical and business analysis skills including building and interpreting complex pricing models.
* Exercises flexibility and adaptability consistent with the corporate leadership support environment.
* Experienced in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives while demonstrating effective planning skills and abilities.
* Experienced in managing multiple projects and programs
