Job Description

Position Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Elkridge, MD. (21075)

Position Type: Contract

Pay Rate: Market (DOE)

Duration: 6 months+

Resource 1 is in need of a Senior Business Analyst for a position in Elkridge, MD. Candidate should have at least 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, creating user stories, data flow/process flow diagrams, functional requirements and other documentation in support of data integration projects. Selected candidate must have experience working in an Agile or Hybrid Agile environment, and be familiar with the relative artifacts and comfortable running various Agile ceremonies (Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.). Individual will be a liaison between different projects and will need to demonstrate the confidence and communication skills to work with various levels of management. Prior experience working on projects relating to ETL/data integration/data ingress would be highly useful for his role. Individual will assist with data validation and will need to be conceptually knowledgeable of SQL, relational databases and data ingress. Prior healthcare industry experience would also be a plus.
