Job Description

Resource 1 is in need of a Technical Lead for ERP application/database integration and customization. Because of the long-term need for this position, client is open to either contract-for-hire or contract (plus extensions). Individual should have at least 8 years of technical experience with an emphasis on ERP systems implementation, customization and integration. Individual will be responsible for preparing detailed programming specifications, based on system conceptual design documents. Individual should have proven ability in translating system specifications into program logic, including system procedures (automated/manual), data flows, database design, system security requirements, data conversion requirements, etc. Individual will lead the development of integrations and customization for a new ERP system. Individual should have experience building integration solutions between ERP systems (preferably on both Oracle and MS SQL Server databases). SQL and PL/SQL coding will also be required, especially building packages, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. Prior experience building UNIX Shells Scripts for automating data loads is also preferred for this position. Individual will leverage their strong communication skills, while interacting with business users and members from the technical teams.
