Job Description

Resource 1 is in need of a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a position in Chicago (walking distance to the train). Ideal candidate should have a strong background in data flow, data integration/validation, ETL, and B2B (Real Time and batch), preferably in the healthcare industry. Individual will be responsible for leading the collaboration between business, operations, and technology stakeholders to create business and functional requirements and contribute to data ingress for the Informatica-based data ingress process. Additional responsibilities will include gathering, documenting, and representing data ingress requirements, and facilitating data ingress meetings, policy writing, procedures, and documentation. Individual will also write technical user stories, rules Matrix, process flow diagrams, and requirements documentation. Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of business analysis experience with data ingress/integration platforms, Informatica, and ETL solutions in a healthcare setting. Experience working with healthcare file types (837, HL7) is strongly desired. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
