Job Description

Seeking a Business Analyst of Oracle Fusion HCM, with expertise in Core HR and Payroll modules. The functional business analyst is a subject matter expert in the Human Capital Management and Payroll systems and processes. This person is the liaison between HR and IT. He/She is responsible for collaborating with HR leadership to understand the HR strategic roadmap and translate that strategy into requirements that facilitate the IT HCM application strategy and services provided to HR.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a Functional Lead role
  • Extensive Oracle Cloud experience in implementing HR/Benefits and Payroll/Time & Labor
  • Upgrade and implementation experience
  • Prior experience leading and supporting HCM implementations/upgrades
  • Extensive experience working with Taleo
  • Ability to work independently in a highly complex and challenging environment
  • Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing and Deployment
  • Extensive experience in implementing Goal Management, Workforce Compensation, Recruiting is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical solutions (eg HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, Oracle Identity Manager, etc.) and ability to translate between functional requirements and technical designs is highly desired.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors for learning management a plus
  • Experience working with ADP Payroll is a plus
  • Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace
  • Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the role and has strong sense of ownership
  • Experience managing medium to large projects
