SALESFORCE SUCCESS MANAGER/PM

The Salesforce Success Manager will develop and deliver training and communications that will drive adoption based on the SFDC CoE. They will be responsible for assessing and enhancing end-user adoption and effectiveness as well as ensuring maximum license utilization and specific adoption targets to achieve max ROI from SFDC.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training and communications that will drive adoption based on the SFDC CoE.
- Provide support to end-users ie; troubleshooting issues, assisting with setting up/customizing reports and dashboards and answering platform questions.
- Lead training classes (webinars, chatter, in person, emails, etc.).
- Develop and build a robust training library.
- Maintain key project communications in SFDC library and SharePoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a computer field.
- 5+ years experience with implementing solutions in Salesforce.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- People management experience.
- Strong quantitative, analytic and project management skills.
- 8+ years of similar experience.
- 2+ years in management.
