SALESFORCE SUCCESS MANAGER/PM

*Permanent full time role*

The Salesforce Success Manager will develop and deliver training and communications that will drive adoption based on the SFDC CoE. They will be responsible for assessing and enhancing end-user adoption and effectiveness as well as ensuring maximum license utilization and specific adoption targets to achieve max ROI from SFDC.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training and communications that will drive adoption based on the SFDC CoE.
  • Provide support to end-users ie; troubleshooting issues, assisting with setting up/customizing reports and dashboards and answering platform questions.
  • Lead training classes (webinars, chatter, in person, emails, etc.).
  • Develop and build a robust training library.
  • Maintain key project communications in SFDC library and SharePoint.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a computer field.
  • 5+ years experience with implementing solutions in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong quantitative, analytic and project management skills.
  • 8+ years of similar experience.
  • 2+ years in management.
