Tier 2 Support of all Microsoft Exchange Active Directory office 2016, Office 365

Sharepoint, right fax proof point, collaboration platforms

Mobile devices and application participation in on call rotation.

This position will be assigned to work out of their Central Office in the Minneapolis, MN area (Arden Hills) or our Southern Office in the Atlanta, GA area (Alpharetta).

Join the Tier 2 IT team as a Senior IT Collaboration Support Engineer. As a team lead, in a complex, multi-vendor environment you will support/maintain our mobile collaboration. This role requires knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office 2016/365, SharePoint, RightFax, and ProofPoint.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, implement, and support COMPANY's IT solutions while ensureing IT solutions meet requirements for: security, availability, capacity, resiliency, and performance to reduce costs.
Understand industry leading solutions and business needs while partnering with appropriate IT counterparts to recommend technology solutions.
Establish and maintain an IT multi-year strategy while creating and maintaining solutions architecture artifacts and other strategy documentation.
On an on-call rotation providing technical support for Microsoft collaboration platforms, mobile devices, and applications, including participation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in IT and 1 year lead experience
You must be able to mentor and exemplify skills in: leadership, diplomacy, and customer service, supporting
- Microsoft Exchange 2013
- Office 2016/365 including Skype for Business
- RightFax
- ProofPoint solutions
- iOS and Android mobile devices
- Scripting highly PREFERRED!
