Job Description

Prestigious Company is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst with strong end-use support. Candidate will be responsible supporting issues with desktops, laptops, and learn physical Servers, virtual Servers, Switches and/or Firewalls. Candidate works directly with our internal end users, and periodically directly with our clients. Duties will range from help desk duties to more complex tasks.

Technologies:

Virtualization - VMware vSphere 6.x and Hyper-V

Windows 10 Enterprise, Windows 8.1 Enterprise

Other Technologies - Office 365, Windows System Update Service (WSUS), Bit Defender Enterprise, Active Directory, Microsoft Direct Access, AlienVault, Netwrix, various Firewalls, Cisco/HP 10gb Switches,

HP Printer maintenance
