Prestigious Organization is seeking a Lead Infrastructure and Network Security Engineer.

Designs, engineers, implements, maintains, monitors and audits the network security environment.

Provides confidentiality, integrity and availability to data and resources inside and outside the organization.

Develops security policies, standards and procedures to maintain the security integrity of the computing environment.

Identifies, evaluates and recommends solutions to potential security threats as they relate to the computing environment.

Deploys systems to detect potential security anomalies and threats.

Reviews security systems and strategies and make recommendations where appropriate.

Accountabilities:

Provides excellent customer service.

Develops and maintains information security policies as needed to maintain the data security of the Company enterprise.

Performs security audits and monitor all production systems of Company.

Designs, engineers, implements, maintains, audits and monitors the network security environment. Facilitates and manages security related issues and concerns.

Responsible for top-level problem support, incident response and business continuity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 7~8 years' experience in network project management, design, installation, and support. PC LAN/WAN operating environment experience.

Understanding Firewall, VPN and IDS configuration, experience with Windows NT4.0/2000 and Server, Red Hat Linux and Solaris, NDS, Active Directory, Cisco Routers/Switches and WEP. Good problem determination skills.

Good communication skills. Proficient customer service skills.

Knowledge of a variety of hardware platforms and operating systems.

Excellent management experience of large projects. Novell and/or Microsoft certification is preferred.

Must be able to travel to various Company sites. On call support required.
