Prestigious Organization is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to manage multiple Fin-Tech projects throughout our growing firm. Located in Downtown Dallas, this position will be critical to the success of the Project Management department at the firm looks to continue its dynamic growth pattern in the coming years.

What you'll do all day:

  • Keep us on track. Work with various teams to define milestones and deliverables for key projects. Provide visibility into progress and create reporting for different audiences within the firm. Be able to communicate complex solutions to a variety of audiences
  • Unstick processes. Research the dependencies for completing projects and appreciate that the roadblocks aren't limited to the people asking for something and those building it. Proactively look for things that can derail a project and work on a plan to mitigate it.
  • Manage Risk. Identify issues and risks and define proposed solutions to resolve and mitigate.
  • Provide Clarity. Build consensus and buy-in, set expectations, define tangible outcomes for projects and reinforce these often
  • Be thoughtful. Listen, ask questions and value adaptive and pragmatic solutions over rigid dogmatic ones.
  • Help us get better. Bring opinions and expertise to help us solve problems that increase our bandwidth and reduce toil.

The skills you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science
  • 7+ years project management experience
  • Managed at least 3 majors projects (length: 6-12 months at least)
  • Experience in delivering a project in at least one project management methodology (Agile, SCRUM)
  • Proficient in MS Office Products
  • Solid understanding of project methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work across various business functions
  • PMP - preferred
