Prestigious Enterprise Organization is seeking a SAP BPC and BI Solution Architect. This role has the overall responsibility for the implementation and support of SAP/Business Planning and Consolidation, as well as Finance BI applications, identifying business requirements and design business process and system solutions. It holds specific expertise on Management and Statutory Accounting with good Integration background. The role will encompass the management of an external team of variable scale, remote or onsite depending on the demand.

This position will promote and work in conjunction with other stakeholders for the standardization and common ways of working across business units preventing deviations in the core model

Mostly dedicated to project delivery acts as a senior escalation point level in the support process

  • Project manager for initiatives of variable scale managing mainly external resources
  • Key contributor for setting corporate direction BPC and BI
  • Direct interaction, partnership, and leadership of business solution design for business units globally

Outcomes/Success Criteria

1.Establish 3-year roadmap for implementing Financial Planning and consolidation solutions

2.Lead no less than two IT projects annually, including all aspects of the project life cycle from ideation to successful implementation.

3.Contribute to achieving and maintaining corporate SLAs in the Finance systems and audit and controls (SOX, TTB, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6-8 years' experience on Consolidation and/or Planning tools
  • 3-4 years' experience on Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to develop and present business case proposals to audiences that include business power users, VP, C-Level, etc.
  • Experience on multiple implementations and/or roll out from blueprint to go-live
  • Experience on reporting tools BOBJ, Tableau.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP applications, considered a plus
  • International management deployment experience on large multinationals
  • Exposure to Spirits industry, considered a plus
