Lead Technology Strategy Analyst
Northbrook, IL

Technology Strategy is an internal strategy organization that works with Company Business Partners to develop leading edge technology strategies that enable the achievement of our shared vision, objectives and goals. Information technology should improve business results. ATSV Technology Strategy helps our business partners make sure it does. We look at technology strategically, in the broader context of our business. Our technology strategists provide an objective, independent perspective to realize the full potential of Company technology resources, investments and assets. ATSV Technology Strategy is an advisory partner that helps improve Company performance by identifying and analysing business technology Company performance by identifying and analysing business technology opportunities and provides thought leadership to provide technology strategic direction. We help business partners align their business and technology priorities, help to explore business opportunities provided by new technology innovation and build the plans and investment rationale for the proposed capabilities.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
  • 2 - 4+ years of technology strategy consulting experience
  • 2 - 4+ years of business experience in a services sector business (insurance, financial services, etc.), high tech sector
  • Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and leadership skills
  • Ability to create organizational credibility, demonstrate a high degree of business acumen and comfort level thinking conceptually
  • Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Management or Management Consulting preferred

Computer Proficiency Required:

Experience with Microsoft Office, including creating accurate spreadsheets in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint following sound vertical and horizontal logic, WebEx or virtual tools
