Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis -

* In conjunction with the Executive Director of FP&A, coordinate, oversee and manage the budgeting & forecast processes. This process will require providing strategic and operational financial decision support and assistance to cost center owners resulting in high impact recommendations. Work in this capacity will be to operate as both a business partner individually and via the management of a team of financial analysts
* Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and serve as the key contact point for ~25 budget owners
* Proactively drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of budgeting and forecasting cycle

Financial Reporting -

* Revamp financial management reporting, including transitioning key reports to Tableau
* Analyze Company performance at aggregate and detailed, cost center level to provide timely feedback and strategic analysis to cost center owners with respect to revenue trends, project spend, recurring spend, project investments, other expense trends, etc.
* Help facilitate quarterly performance review meetings with cross-functional leadership team to enable real-time decision making given Company-wide performance and priorities

Strategic Planning & Ad Hoc Support

* Assist finance leadership on ad hoc projects as necessary, including strategic planning initiatives and other ad hoc financial analyses

Success Profile

* Ability to mentor and help develop a team of financial analysts
* Financial modeling and advanced excel skills
* Strong understanding and experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Business savvy on key performance indicators and metrics, with experience in building out reporting in Tableau a strong plus
* Develop a strong rapport with business partners ranging from entry level to executives and providing timely and accurate data and analysis to help drive key business decisions
* Key point of contact with accounting team to support month-end close
* Ability to help drive and direct business partners to manage their budget and explain financial performance

Qualification Criteria (outline education criteria, such as bachelor's degree or associate's degree. Define years of experience required for work in this role, and specific skill sets needed)

* Minimum 6 years of FP&A experience
* 2+ years of management experience preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
* Advanced Excel skills required; proficiency in Tableau strongly preferred
* Experience with Oracle Fusion and Planning & Budget Cloud (PBCS) a plus
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
