Training Program Summary
The PharmD Biologics Training Program (BTP) is an intensive, interdisciplinary program for graduating PharmD candidates. The objective for the BTP is to provide training and hands-on experience in a variety of clinical training related roles within the bio-pharmaceutical industry. The BTP is for highly motivated individuals seeking to build a clinical science/clinical training career with a foundation in science outside of a traditional academic environment.

This unique program is the foundation for potential roles within Clinical Training and Regulatory Affairs. The program cultivates technical and non-technical skills through diverse cross functional experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training, with the overall objective to convert Fellowship participants into full-time Regeneron employees, based on rotational role performance, and at the discretion of Regeneron management. 

Program Structure
You are building your career foundation. Each assignment in this two-year training program will expose you to critical issues and decision making processes as you gain broad experience across several clinical/scientific research areas. You will acquire high level knowledge of the business and department operations, as well as gain hands-on work experience in a variety of areas that can include, but is not limited to the following.

The 2-year program consists of core and elective rotations the following areas.

Core Rotations:
• Clinical Sciences
• Clinical Operations (CPMO)
• Regulatory Affairs

Elective Rotations:
• Pharmacovigilance and Risk Management
• PK/PD, Project Management
• Medical Information / Medical Affairs
• Data Management

Qualifications:
• Post-doctoral graduates from College of Pharmacy programs
• High academic standing – No GPA limitations
• Some research experience (optional)
• Strong / Excellent - Analytical skills, Written/verbal communication, Organizational abilities, Leadership and prior experience working on teams
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have permanent residence status
