The Red Lobster Management Internship will give you hands-on, real life exposure to restaurant management. During the internship, you will rotate through all team member and management positions. You will supplement your on-the-job experience with management development projects, certified trainer sessions, and on line learning modules. Your General Manager will provide feedback and updates as you progress through your internship and weekly tests will build your confidence. Interns are scheduled for a 40 hour work week and are paid $12 per hour. Internship candidates must be rising college Seniors currently working towards completing a Restaurant/ Hotel/ Hospitality Management Bachelor's degree. Previous restaurant / hospitality/ guest service experience, a passion for restaurants, and demonstrated leadership are highly desired. As an intern you'll enjoy a complimentary meal daily and Red Lobster dining discounts in your free time. With over 700 Red Lobster restaurants across North America, we've got locations from the west coast to the east coast.
