Job Description

As an important part of our team the Office Manager plays a key role in the success of The Record-Courier for greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, managing administrative functions for the office and assisting the Publisher and staff. In addition, this position will coordinate and assist with special events for The Record-Courier.

Experience/Qualifications Experience in customer service, administrative, and marketing skills. Proficient in face-to-face, telephone and e-mail sales. Excellent communication, written skills, and computer skills. Must be able to work independently with good problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to present research and proposals clearly in person, via the phone and e-mail. Accuracy and timeliness in all work is essential. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to attend meetings, appointments and company functions is required.

  • Working knowledge of all of our advertising reporting and front-end business systems.
