":" REPORTS TO:<\ trong=""> \r\nSupervisor of Project Controls \r\n \r\nPOSITION SUMMARY:<\ trong=""> \r\nUpholds the Vision, Mission, Values and Goals of the Company. Provides support to the Project Management team by assisting with the analyzing, tracking and reporting project costs, budgets, forecasting and invoicing. \r\n \r\nPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\ trong=""> \r\nResponsible for assisting the Project Managers with the collection of data and information necessary to create cash flow\/FTE forecasts, estimates to complete and any other required financial reports \r\n \r\nPOSITION DUTIES:<\ trong=""><\>\r\n\r\n \r\n\t * Assists with the creation and maintenance of the reports and tools to support project budget tracking, performance studies, job cost analysis, weekly man-hour reports and other reports as required<\ i="">\r\n\t * Update monthly forecasts, maintain client cost reports, project cash flow forecasts<\ i="">\r\n\t * Assist with the analysis of project financial status reports using current project costs and projected, calculated, cost-to-complete<\ i="">\r\n\t * Create proposed schedule-of-values from full cost models<\ i="">\r\n\t * Set up projects and enter project budgets into accounting system<\ i="">\r\n\t * Prepare project invoices and route for approval<\ i="">\r\n\t * Assist with the management of the order entry system<\ i="">\r\n\t * Pull charges from company credit card reports for monthly invoice creation<\ i="">\r\n\t * Provide A\/P support to accounting<\ i="">\r\n\t * Coordinate the assignment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to staff from Company stock and manage orders for replacement and new PPE<\ i="">\r\n\t * Handle interface with Company insurance providers<\ i="">\r\n\t * Maintain change order log<\ i="">\r\n\t * Additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Project Controls<\ i="">\r\n<\ l="">\r\n\r\n EXPERIENCE\/EDUCATION GUIDELINES:<\ trong=""><\>\r\n\r\n \r\n\t * Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance - or a similar or related field - from an accredited college\/university required<\ i="">\r\n\t * Working knowledge of financial applications, spreadsheets and accounting software preferred<\ i="">\r\n\t * Candidate must pass a Background Check and Drug Screening (required)<\ i="">\r\n<\ l="">\r\n\r\n KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:<\ trong=""><\>\r\n\r\n \r\n\t * Excellent, effective communication skills in dealing with other employees<\ i="">\r\n\t * Excellent analytical and organizational skills<\ i="">\r\n\t * Able to plan, organize and implement with successful and timely results<\ i="">\r\n\t * Dedication to completing a task on schedule, and is financially accurate, is essential.
