Job Description

Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services Advanced Mission Solutions product line is seeking a Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst II to join the program finance team. Must be an energetic, success minded team member who possesses strong self-initiative and multi-tasking skills, as well as able to both work independently and as part of a team environment. Needs to be able to work at hands-on detail level as well as willing to learn cross-functional tasks to support a team environment.

As a Program Controls Analyst II you will:
  • Provide cost and schedule planning, reporting, monitoring, and analysis support to the Finance Manager, Program Manager, and Control Account Managers (CAMs).
  • Measure Earned Value (EV) on a monthly basis and generate EV reports, graphs, analysis, etc.
  • Monitor costs and staffing on a weekly basis ensuring that incurred costs are within budget and charged to the correct effort.
  • Support internal financial reporting by performing time phased forecasts of program costs to include elements of cost and headcount details.
  • Support audits of financial information by both internal and external auditors.
  • Perform ad hoc financial support to the program as needed.
Required Skills:
  • Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with emphasis on excel-based spreadsheet development to include pivot tables and functions
  • Ability to interact with all levels of customers and management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with US Government Contracting
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Knowledge of Cost Accounting concepts and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Knowledge of SAP Business System
Required Education (including Major):

Requires a related university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience
