Job Description

The Finance Manager II position is an integral part of the Special Programs Product Group leadership team within the Space Systems Business Unit. It will require excellent communication skills to work with the Product Line Director, multiple programs, and their key team members. The responsibilities include leading the Product Group FP&A, working with both the Strategic Systems leadership team and the Space Systems FP&A team. This includes owning the generation and reporting of the 5-year plan, AOP, monthly forecasting and SRO. We put your development and growth first. Relationship building is key for this role, you will work in frequent collaboration with others.
This dynamic product area contains multiple developmental programs. Responsibilities includes managing programs that will require accurate and compliant EVMS data, for both internal and external programs. This includes formats 1-5, CFSR and other financial SDRLs. It will be imperative to establish and maintain an executable program cadence to ensure delivery of SDRLs compliant to the DiD and Raytheon 10255.

This position will closely guide and mentor a staff of two analysts, with the potential to increase to six in the next year. We're committed to fostering mentorship and career development for our team members.

Required Skills:
Minimum of 8 years financial experience with related Bachelors degree, or 6 years experience with related Master’s degree.
EVMS experience
Must be an expert at analyzing data and information necessary to ensure program performance to plan and to ensure that problem areas are identified, and corrective action plans are established and closed.
Ability to effectively prepare, analyze and communicate EVMS data both internally and externally
Utilize good leadership and organizational skills in directing and motivating personnel toward common goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.
Prior leadership experience
Leadership skills to motivate employees and cultivate change within program area
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities
Experience preparing presentation packages for executive level review
Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
US Citizen

Desired Skills:
Existing SSBI or TS Clearance
MBA

Required Education:
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Similar
