Raytheon is seeking a Chief Cybersecurity Engineer.

Must have a current TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly

The Chief Cybersecurity Engineer will provide leadership on the program to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, integrate, and sustain cybersecurity services and capabilities for NGA. The Chief Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for all technical performance and will serve as the primary point of contact within the program office for all technical matters and issues related to cybersecurity that are not within scope of the Cybersecurity Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include:
Provide engineering expertise and guidance for the design, development, implementation, operations and sustainment of cybersecurity services that enhance the cybersecurity posture of NGA Program, Systems, and the Enterprise
Lead the research, analysis, solution design and implementation planning of the solution for the modernization of existing cybersecurity solutions and infrastructures in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to include the Cybersecurity Operations Manager.
Drive strategic technological innovation, demonstrating a breadth and depth of knowledge in all things related to the complex operations of cybersecurity services
Provide technical knowledge and analysis of high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration advice on complex matters that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation

Responsible for all technical performance and will serve as the primary point of contact within the program office for all technical matters and issues related to cybersecurity. Establishes direct relationships with vendors to drive technological innovation of the Enterprise. Fosters long-standing and positive relationships with the direct Government Customer and connected Agencies to influence policy & procedure compliance and change.

Provides leadership on the program to develop, modernize, enhance, operate, integrate, and sustain cybersecurity services and capabilities for NGA.
Demonstrated specialized experience with implementing, engineering, architecting, designing or operating cybersecurity technologies with an emphasis in DoD capabilities.

Required Skills:
Demonstrated specialized experience with implementing, engineering, integrating, architecting, designing, or operating cybersecurity technologies (15 years).
Demonstrated experience leading a cybersecurity operations center with a constituency size greater than 10,000 users (2 years).
Demonstrated experience modernizing cybersecurity operations centers.
Demonstrated experience presenting briefs to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
Certified DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Management Officer (IAM) Level III and Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Manager.

Desired Skills:
Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience in implementing and monitoring cybersecurity capabilities for systems and services in cloud environments, including hybrid cloud environments.
Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity operations with emphasis on NGA capabilities.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering or IT-related discipline
