Control Account Manager
Colorado Springs, CO

Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) is seeking a Delivery Order (DO) Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our team in support of the U.S. Air Force North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (NCMC-ITA/AA) Sustained Support Contract (NISSC). NISSC provides accurate, timely, and unambiguous warning and attack assessment of Air, Missile, and Space threats with daily visibility of National Command Authority leaders including the President of the United States. NCMC-ITW/AA is composed of Air, Missile, and Space Warning Missions located at Cheyenne Mountain AFS, Peterson AFB, Offutt AFB, Vandenberg AFB, and forward user and sensor sites worldwide.

  • Control Account Management (CAM)
  • DO proposal support
  • Support DO plans and cost estimate development
  • Contributing to risk and opportunity management
  • Development and presentation of DO Monthly Reviews

Clearance Requirements : Secret (clearable to TS/SCI)

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAM
  • Raytheon EVMS certification or equivalent
  • Experience working with Microsoft Project
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplined environment
  • Experience working as an Engineer (4 years minimum) supporting systems development
  • Knowledge of systems engineering roles and functions, including operations concept development, requirements management, functional analysis, interface definition and control, synthesis, and/or verification and validation
  • Experience in planning, tracking and executing systems engineering and software development lifecycle activities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner

Desired Skills:
  • Experience working with USAF customers
  • Experience working as an Engineer (4 years minimum) supporting systems development
  • Experience in NORAD/NORTHCOM ITW/AA development and/or operations
  • Previous experience with CCIC2S and/or other NISSC systems
  • Experience in using tools and metrics in managing activities
  • Qualified Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent

Required Education:

Master's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
; or an Associate's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
