We are seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to support our Air Combat Electronic Attack Sustainment Program (ACEASP). Reporting directly to the Program Manager you will be responsible for the overall management and co-ordination of all Intermediate Level Maintenance and supply support activities relevant to the ACEASP. This involves the management of the maintenance and supply support teams to deliver high levels of equipment availability to support the Super Hornet and Growler capability to the Royal Australian Air Force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop opportunities and concepts into pathways to grow and expand the capability and viability of ACEASP;
  • Internal Raytheon Australia PMR and EAC reporting;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for functional enablers to the program as well as internal & external Supply Chain related program matters
  • Ensure appropriate financial, administration and reporting requirements are delivered on time and to the customers' and Raytheon Australia’s contractual requirements
  • Work with the Senior Maintenance Manager to ensure the appropriate technical regulations are adhered to and ensuring that training paths and redundancy of skills is part of the team structure
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics and/or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Defence Aviation management role, or equivalent
  • Sound, proven business acumen
  • Understanding the commercial requirements and processes of the Australian Defence sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
