Job Description:
The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Core Program Support (CPS) Directorate and dotted line to the Program Director for the Advanced High Speed Weapons (AHSW) directorate as a member of the Program Leadership Team.
The Advanced High Speed Weapons Directorate is chartered to identify, create, capture, execute and accelerate high speed strike capabilities to the warfighter as well as capabilities to defend against such systems.
The selected AHSW PI candidate is responsible for the development, implementation, and sustainment of Program Management Plans, processes, metrics and tools; recommending and implementing best practices as warranted by program execution situations; working directly with the Integrated Program Leadership Team (iPL), the Core Program Team (CPT), the Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and functional support personnel to lead day to day program execution and program battle rhythm. The iPL is composed of leaders from each of the seven domains (Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Contracts) plus Information Technology, Legal, EX/IM, and Human Resources assigned to the specific Product Line.
The PI takes day to day direction from the AHSW Director to assist with managing and ensuring that program execution meets cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements. In addition to developing, implementing and tracking key program metrics, the PI is responsible for ensuring consistent, coordinated and accurate reporting for the program. The PI works with program leadership to develop and document program strategies and plans, then monitors those plans to ensure successful completion. The PI is also expected to work closely with and influence the iPL and functional leads to ensure their efforts meet the technical and business needs of the program. This position is based in Tucson. The PI will also have responsibility for coordinating risk and opportunity meetings for the program, and maintaining the risk opportunity register.

Key Job Functions:
• Assist with the day to day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, i.e., risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc.
• Execute and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements and RMS policies.
• Collaborate with other AHSW personnel to ensure Top-level Master Phasing and the Integrated Master Schedules meet program strategies, objectives and milestones.
• Identify and implement key program metrics. Work with iPL, IPT and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted.
• Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits.
• Deploy Program Management Best Practices to include Earned Value.
• Lead the iPL in day to day operations
• Interface directly with customers and suppliers regarding contract performance and execution
• Identify and deploy PM best practices
• Integrate risk and opportunities into program EACs

Required Skills:
• 10+ years of professional experience in Business management, Program management, or functional role
• Experience supporting program iPL – supply chain, engineering, operations, quality, and program management
• Program knowledge to include an understanding of customer/program requirements, development, production, and program management process flow
• Experience using one or more of the following program management tools: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management or similar business processes
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical/cost/schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Raytheon Program Management certification, Level 5 or equivalent, or the ability to obtain level 5 within one year
  • Raytheon Earned Value Certification or the ability to obtain level 5 within one year
Desired Skills:
• Experience with customer interface
• Department of Defense Industry or other relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Cost Estimating/BOE generation
• Demonstrated understanding of Product Life Cycle Development
• Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems

• Required: Bachelor’s degree with Majors: Engineering, Business or other technical field preferred. Will consider bachelor's degree combined with relevant years of professional experience in Program Management.

• Desired: Master’s degree from an accredited university
