Job Description

The KSA Material Program Manager (MPM) is responsible for providing Global Supply Chain (GSCM) leadership for IDS KSA Programs. This role requires an individual with the leadership skills, business acumen, communication skills and enthusiasm to support this strategic part of the business. This individual will serve as the interface between Program Management / Business Development and GSCM Cross Business Teams to deliver Supply Chain solutions. This position is an integral member of the Program Management Team that is responsible for development and implementation of innovative material and sourcing strategies. This position is also the GSCM interface for the execution of Raytheon Enterprise Supplier Assessments (RESA), to ensure both pursuit and program success.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Providing GSCM support and participation in front end business activities such as proposal support and offset strategies
  • Drafting Material Program Strategies, providing pursuit support, as well as project and resource planning needed to execute.
  • Managing execution of RESAs to ensure high quality suppliers for KSA Programs
  • Coordinating Supplier SOWs with local suppliers to ensure flawless execution of supplier tasks.
  • Ensuring Risk and Opportunity management plans are created as we develop KSA suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining partner relationships with key suppliers, including supporting Teaming Agreement strategies and alignment within the business.
  • Vetting of international suppliers through the enterprise due diligence process to support international programs
  • Ability to work program issues across the supply chain organization and other functional boundaries
  • Evaluating and assessing supply base capabilities in KSA to help in the creation of program sourcing strategies that will support Localization and Offset commitments for Raytheon
  • Consistent communication with the Global Supply Chain International team based in the US

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of Supply Chain, Engineering and/or relevant business experience
  • Experience with project and/or program management

Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline

Desired Skills:
  • Advanced degree within Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Technical Education
  • Experience leading or supporting Capture/Proposal work
  • Experience writing / developing detailed Supplier Statements of Work
  • Prior responsibility leading a team of individuals. Able to focus on goals, adjust performance as necessary, drive change, solicit and recognize innovation by teammates.
  • Able to develop solutions to complex problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills required to effectively manage a large, complex Bill of Material
  • Experience as a member of an international capture team
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally



This position requires a Saudi National Citizen who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
