Job Description

This position will require working on a program team in direct support of Program Business Management requirements. The candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements. The ability to learn processes quickly and apply knowledge to unique situations will be critical to performing successfully in the position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform Earned Value Management for external DOD customer reporting, meet all compliance requirements, and assist with variance explanation reporting
  • Work with Program Manager and IPTL’s to baseline new programs in accordance with Raytheon policies and procedures
  • Prepare, analyze and review quarterly EACs and monthly Latest Revised Estimates with appropriate management levels
  • Prepare charts and present financial data at weekly Program Performance Reviews
  • Prepare accurate bookings, sales, profit, material, and staffing forecasts
  • Provide unbilled collection analysis and other cash forecast activities for the business
  • Generate weekly/monthly labor and material financial reports
  • Proposal cost and price estimating as required in support of proposals
  • Support Contracts by providing information for customer inquiries such as program actuals or expenditure profiles
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 4 years related Finance work experience
  • Experience working in a matrix team environment with members at all levels of management
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills

Desired Skills:
  • Experienced with Raytheon financial systems including PMX, winsight, and ETC Tool
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse and PRISM
  • Experience with Business Planning Systems
  • Understanding of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work through problems with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize concurrent requirements and accommodate numerous stakeholders
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
