    Job Description:
    The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Program Planning & Support (PPS) Directorate and matrixed to the ESSM Design Agent Program Manager and the ESSM International Program Manager. ESSM is developed by the U.S. Navy and nine of the other 11 member nations of the NATO SEASPARROW Consortium. The ESSM missile is bringing transformational anti-ship missile defense capabilities to the U.S., NATO and other allies. Members of the Consortium include Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Turkey and the United States. Given the number of customers in various countries, the variability of the program type and size, the portfolio is extremely complex.

    The Program Integrator (PI) is responsible for direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day to day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; the implementation of PM best practices.
    In concert with the Program Manager or Director, Key responsibilities include:
    Management of ESSM Tech Refresh Roadmap – work with customer and program team to identify future program requirements and develop comprehensive strategy for implementationProject lead for Engineering Service CLINs under Design Agent ContractAgile implementation lead for Design Agent Support to growth team – NBI/IRAD support and FMS support as neededAssists in developing program strategy, vision and tactical direction for ESSM Tech RefreshAssists in meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of ESSM Tech Refresh Roadmap Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations; such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and administrative functions. Acts on behalf of the PM, convey to customer, project status and performance. Additionally, anticipates and fulfills customer needs to ensure their satisfaction and continued business. Assists in developing and presenting to senior management the program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long term financial outlook. Responsible for committing the program to specific financial goals and obligations in accordance with the program AOP. Sets budgetary guidelines and directs the performance of project task elements through internal functional partnership. Establishes standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools. Manages the program risk and opportunity, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations. Execute daily program cadence i.e., risk review boards, customer reviews, failure review boards, program milestones, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitmentsCollaborate with colleagues to ensure integrated master schedule (or Agile Knowledge Points) aligns with program strategies, objectives, and milestonesResponsible for growing the program and its product(s) by ensuring ongoing customer funding of current contractual requirements, working with the customer to identify and fund further product enhancements Capture staffing projections and work with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to meet program goals and timelinesStay proficient in company policy and directive changes and any resulting implications that warrant change management facilitation
    • Required Skills:

    • A minimum of 8 years of business, program, or project management professional experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
    • Experience with financial analysis tools
    • Strong team player with ability to lead cross-functional teams
    • Ability to operate independently to navigate organizational complexities and to obtain resources (through influence) to move initiatives forward
    • Experience with project management tools/systems
    • Demonstrated ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule constraints to achieve customer satisfaction
    • Ability to address multiple issues and set priorities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to travel domestically up to 5-10 percent
    • Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance

    • Desired Skills:

    • Raytheon Program Management certification Level 6 and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
    • Experience in the Defense or Aerospace industry
    • Proposal capture experience
    • Working knowledge of contract formation and execution
    • Experience conducting international business
    • Demonstrated experience with Risk and Opportunity Management
    • Product lifecycle management experience
    • Earned Value Management certification
    • Proficiency with Program Management tool suite or similar systems
    • Experience supporting production - supply chain, engineering, operations, quality, or program management
    • Familiarity with Agile Implementation

    • Required Education:
      Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field from an institution accredited through a U.S. Department of Education approved agency is required.
      Master’s degree preferred.
