Job Description

This is a temporary position for Raytheon for an undetermined length

Job Description: Executive Administrative Assistant for Global Trade supporting one Senior Director and three additional Directors. This position will support all daily business administrative and coordination responsibilities, including calendar management, preparation of reports and presentations, management and submission of various lists and reports, arranging meetings, tracking expenses and arranging travel, and performing special projects as required. Arranges catering for group meetings, reserves conference rooms and office space for visiting team members and other duties as assigned.Serves as backup for Executive Administrative Assistant to Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.Works closely with other assistants and team members to ensure work is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is a resourceful team player, who is flexible, proactive and efficient.

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office products -PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word, especially Outlook calendar
  • Experience with calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination, planning events, expense reports, and data reports
  • Demonstrate experience multi-tasking, handing short term deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Experience preparing, reconciling and tracking expense reports
  • 4+ years of administrative experience providing support in large organization
  • Type 65+ wpm

  • Professional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, ability to be a self-starter and work independently with little direction
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Team player, willing to pitch in where needed
Minimum Education Required: High School
