Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing / Operations Value Stream Leader responsible for the oversight and execution of a product factory in the Forest Consolidated Manufacturing Center. The successful candidate will lead all factory activity including planning, staffing, safety, quality, compliance, factory flow, and improvement of key factory process indicators. This role must build and maintain strong diverse customer relationships, both internal and external to Raytheon supporting strong business growth.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing demand based execution plans incorporating staffing and equipment constraints
  • Providing daily direction to technical resources in support of Factory execution plan
  • Key performance metrics including factory throughput, costs, rework and defects
  • Development of team through individual development plans and coaching
Required Skills:
  • 6 years of production related experience in Operations or Factory Management or Engineering
  • Supervisory Experience / Leading Teams
  • Understanding of Manufacturing systems including MRP systems and shopfloor control systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience implementing and managing in lean manufacturing systems
  • Clearance required within 1st year AND role requires access to US only data
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
Desired Skills:
  • Production / manufacturing experience with RF/Electronic Subassemblies and/or Subsystems
  • Demonstrated success working across multiple disciplines to drive performance
  • Existing DOD Secret Clearance
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with preference to Engineering or Business Management
