Job Description:

This position will provide leadership to cross-functional teams and key stakeholders regarding DMS management for common radar programs across the following systems: APG-79 (F/A-18), APG-63 (v)3 & APG-82 (F-15), and APG-84 (F-16). This role will support obsolescence mitigation objectives including coordination with Engineering on determining alternate part or redesign activities, generating and managing appropriation requests, and partnering with Supply Chain for obsolete material forecasts. This role impacts multiple radar product platforms and will require frequent and direct communication with the Lead Obsolescence PM and Program Directors.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of professional related working experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functional areas such as finance, supply chain, and engineering
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all functions and levels of the organization
  • Experience with RTN financial practices (EAC, EV, Formal Forecast, SRO, AOP)
  • Experience supporting company financial plan activities such as meeting projected sales, profit, and cash requirements
  • Experience preparing and presenting regular internal and/or customer status reviews
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.
  • Clearance required within 1st year AND role requires access to US only data
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of tactical airborne radar
  • Understanding of program lifecycles
  • Experience with proposal generation and contract/Gate execution
  • Supply Chain and Manufacturing Planning experience using PRISM (SAP)
  • Program Management Certification – minimum Level 6
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Science or related field.

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons
