Job Description:
The candidate will join the Raytheon Hardware and Infrastructure Engineering (HW&I) team. Responsibilities include acting as a Deputy to the Site Deployment Team Lead to deliver the physical environments to the customer’s locations. The individual will be working with the deployment teams and customer in the planning, coordination, and installation throughout the world. The candidate also requires a background in EV in order to develop and execute to program schedules and budgets. The individual needs to be a highly motivated, self-starter that can quick learn/assimilate complex situations/problems, identify root cause, formulate corrective action plans, communicate effectively and drive to completion/resolution.

U.S. Citizenship is required, as the candidate will need an existing DOD Secret Security Clearance.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in Datacenter design and development
  • Experience with field/site deployment of complex compute, network, storage, and COTS based satellite ground systems
  • 4+ years project management experience
  • 2+ years CAM/EV experience
  • Willing/able to travel in the US and Internationally as required
  • Current active Passport
  • Current active DOD Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:
  • Experience with the GPS OCX system
  • Experience with satellite ground control and monitoring systems
  • COMSEC experience
  • CAM certification
  • Logistics and scheduling experience
  • DoD program experience
  • Experience in system administration, integration, networking or quality/mission assurance


Education Requirements:
Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of related work experience or 16+ years of related work experience in lieu of a degree Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
