Job Description

Description: The successful candidate will provide full Security support to assigned program(s) to ensure Contractual, Company and NISPOM compliance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide day-to-day Security Operations in support of the program(s).
  • Identify Program’s critical asset(s) and technology(s), develop and document business process flow to assure critical program information protection.
  • Conduct annual programmatic Self Inspections and ensure corrective actions
  • Prepare and maintain Security relevant documentation as contractually required. E.g., OPSEC Plan, Technology Control Plan, Transportation Plans, Security relevant sections of the Program Protection Implementation Plans, etc.
  • Provide required access briefings (e.g., NATO, CNWDI, NATO, etc.)
  • Ensure Program’s classified documents inventories are validated annually.
  • Conduct inquiries into NISPOM violations and prepare reports as requested by the Company Investigator and/or the Raytheon Counterintelligence Specialist.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing classified visits and meetings
  • Support and deliver response and guidance for all proposals and new business pursuits.
  • Prepare Basis of Estimates, as required.
  • Participate and support company and customer program interface meetings.
  • Prepare documentation and coordinate international transfers
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing classified transmissions with Classified Document Control Center
  • Coordinate and approve classified hardware shipments
  • Prepare weekly actions and status reports to the Program Manager and the Industrial Security Managers.

Successful candidate must have the ability to work independently and on teams. The ability to adapt to a dynamic, and fast pace environment is a must.

Occasional travel may be required.

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:
  • Prior experience supporting as an Industrial Security generalist at a moderately complex cleared defense contractor.
  • Industrial Security Professional Certification (ISP)
  • CDSE Industrial Security Management Certification

Education:
  • High school diploma and 12 years directly related working experience or
  • Associate's degree and 8 years directly related working experience or
  • Bachelor’s degree 4 years directly related working experience or
  • Master’s degree and 2 years of directly related working experience
