Job Description

This role will require the candidate to work with a variety of functions to analyze demand signals to ensure that appropriate actions taken to ensure financial integrity around supplier and operations planning. Will be the Finance interface for S&OP (SIOP) demand coordination / validation with Ops, PC, SCM, and program Finance. They will do analysis on plant stock and SMI inventory to ensure appropriate financial management. They will support FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) with delivery cash outlooks. Will support material analysis and training. Will analyze and coordinate manpower for Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, ensuring that Rplan manpower is aligned with expectations of EACs and appropriate demand signals. Will provide support for a variety of ad-hoc special project analysis support Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.

Do you meet these minimum requirements?:
  • Undergraduate degree in the field of Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or Math or a related degree and a minimum of 8 years related financial experience or MBA and 6 years of related experience
  • Experience with program cost management in a DoD environment
  • Proficient financial acumen blended with business partnership and leadership
  • Experience comprehending, explaining and implementing complex policies and processes
  • Adept at analyzing data and information to help ensure production labor and indirect cost performance track to plan and to get problem areas identified and corrective action taken
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment
  • Planning, organizing and negotiating skills
  • Leadership skills to motivate employees and drive change
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to create and present reports for internal / external reviews and present to senior management
Highly Desired Skills:
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), disclosure statements, Sarbanes Oxley
  • Prior supervisory / management experience leading a finance team
  • Ability to lead with other managers in a results oriented environment to develop solutions for complex problems that will gain desired outcomes
  • EVMS, Financial planning, and ROI modeling experience
Required Education (including Major):
  • Undergraduate degree in the field of Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or Math
