As a Plan Production Control Specialist (2nd Shift), you will be responsible for executing SMT setup for the IDS Circuit Card Assembly Center of Excellence.

This is a 2nd Shift job (3:00PM - 11:00PM)

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring SMT setup progress and providing guidance and direction to the SMT setup operation working with the represented employees to complete SMT kits and deliver to the SMT floor.
  • Working collaboratively with the 1st and 3rd shift counter parts to keep the SMT lines with available SMT kits.
  • Provide Material assistance to operations to support.
  • Submitting a detailed daily shift report on setup progress.
  • Learn the following applications to support the daily work:
    • PRISM (SAP)
    • WaveTrak
    • COGISCAN
    • VBS
    • VM (Visibrite Manufacturing)
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of Manufacturing or Supply Chain Experience
  • Warehouse management system experience
  • Ability to keep workforce focused and engaged
  • Ability to learn the complete setup system including all supporting material processes.
  • Microsoft applications experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • MRP experience (such as SAP) a plus
  • US Citizenship is required

  • Organized, analytical, self-starter
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
Required Education (including Major):
  • Bachelor’s Degree
