Job Description

Led EO Innovations (EOI) Logistics area (Receiving, Warehousing, and Shipping) working with team to identify, design, and implement process and system improvements to improve safety, reduce waste, increase productivity, and improve quality. This role will directly supervise, coach, train, & lead a team of contractor and Raytheon employees in critical documentation, packing, post-packing and shipping activities. The candidate will be required to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers

This position is directly responsible for the efficient and timely management of daily material flow in and out of the warehouses that support EOI and local customer in the Dallas-Forth area

Other Job duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Ensuring all team members maintain a safe environment and follow all safety requirements throughout the facility
  • Communicating and maintaining adherence to policies and procedures within all Logistics areas
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance with all Raytheon and Logistics policy and procedures
  • Initiating and leading organizational projects including establishing deliverables, meeting commitment dates, and delivering results
  • Managing and Impacting key performance metrics such as safety, inventory accuracy and quality/accuracy

Required Skills:
  • Experience in Manufacturing industry
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting strategic direction to tactical applications
  • Experience with personal safety and protection policies and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Experience working with internal customers, Program Managers, Government representatives and Senior Level Management

Desired Skills:
  • 4+ years of active leadership experience with quantifiable results
  • Experience in Aerospace and/or Defense industry
  • Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Experience in LN (shop floor management tool)

Required Education:

Requires a bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience. 149037BR 149037
