Job Description

Job Description: The Zumwalt Platform Integration, Test and Delivery (PITD) Integrated Product Team (IPT) is looking for a Program Integration Coordination & Control (PICC). The PICC reports to the PITD Director who is responsible for managing the Ship Activation activities for all three Zumwalt ships. The IPT has sales of over $50M/year with a team of approximately 125 Full Time Equivalents (FTE) consisting of IDS/IIS/SAS/RMS and various subcontractors in Portsmouth, RI, Bath, ME, and San Diego, CA. The PICC is responsible for managing the IPT financial records (forecast, plan, actuals), maintaining situational awareness across all PITD activities, and maintaining open lines of communications within the IPT and to senior management, both customer and internal.

The PICC is responsible for:

  • customer coordination of funding and technical statement of works (SOW)
  • weekly and monthly financial analysis of actuals versus plan
  • financial planning and forecasting including staffing projections
  • financial risks and opportunities
  • development of quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC)
  • Team Member and Subcontractor funding and SOWs
  • supporting the Zumwalt PICC and Technical Instruction (TI) Program Manager
  • coordinating IPT inputs for Program Reviews, Tracking Books, Highlights and Status Reports
  • proposal support

Required Skills:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • EV Certified
  • Demonstrated Program Integration Coordination & Control (PICC) experience
  • Demonstrated Control Account Management (CAM) experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools

Desired Skills:

  • Zumwalt experience
  • Experience with systems integration and test planning and execution

Other Notes:

  • Location: Tewksbury, MA or San Diego, CA with travel as required
