  • Demonstrated ability to understand drawings, GD&T, work instructions, bill of materials (BOM), consumable materials control, process discipline, and tool control.
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in the work instruction development process by ensuring external and internal requirements are incorporated, as well as determining how the builds will be verified or inspected.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust process controls.
  • Experience in development/usage of metrics, and in the identification/institution of perceptive verifications.
  • Existing Secret clearance, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Desired Skills:
  • Strong familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key characteristics and the ability to implement effective process control techniques.
