Raytheon’s Space and Airborne Systems business, F-15 Programs is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the activities for the Secure Sensor Soulution, F15 product line in beautiful El Segundo, CA. This individual must have extensive experience supporting multiple Directors and Program Managers. He/ she will be expected to demonstrate strong integrity, judgment, independence, organization and discretion.

This Professional Administrative executive assistant will be a critical member of the F-15 team. This assistant will be relied on to perform a wide variety of tasks including keeping the Product Area Directors calendar up to date and organized along with the F15 team’s scheculed activities. The assistant will also be asked to Interview callers and makes proper referrals, arrange meeting and appointment schedules, and conferences. Receiving, refering and answering electronic and hardcopy mail. The assistant will need to utilizes office software applications and other office tools and equipment, including MS Outlook and Sharepoint. Will be asked to compose reports, correspondence and memorandums. Will need to review drafts and finished documents for appropriate spelling and grammar and check for work correctness.. Answer questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
• At least 6 years Adminstrative Assistant experience, with excellent customer service sills and advanced skills using Micrsosoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
• Experience in managing Outlook Calendars, including scheduluing and coordinating meetings, arranging travel, creating expense reports for staff and being able to complile and prepare data reports.
• Expereince setting up and working in SharePoint sites
• Ability to work with internal and external customers, including vistor requests, and escorting
• Self starter with ability to effectively function with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Able to work with minimal supervison and must have sound judgment
• Must be reliable, organized, flexible, detail oriented and work to meet deadlines
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrae high standard of professionalism
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to gain access to US only data systems is required
• Ability to obtain DoD Security clearance with in one year of hire is required

Desired Skills:
• Ability to generate charts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence and other material with speed and accuracy.
• Experience with International Travel, including Passport and Visa Processing and expense reporting.
• Experience working with International Customer visit requests
• Expereince with coordinating and setting up complex meetings, including VTC
• Approachable demeanor

Required Education:
• High School Diploma and at least 6 years of directly related experience.

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization. 148663
