Job Description:

This position will be on staff to an existing program management office. Duties will including but not limited to provided additional oversite to IPTL execution, taking the lead on the engineering change proposals, leading the execution of critical path activities, support the creation of program management review packages, support the review of program SDRLs. This role will be a great fit for individuals interested in becoming a large program manager in the future. You will be an integral part of the program and be involved in technical, schedule, financial and customer interfaces.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of related working experience - experience in IPT Lead and program Execution in the restricted ISR program arena is required.
  • Experience with Program Capture, including Earned Value Management, and technical domain knowledge, strong communications and customer relationship skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and drive closure to program issues.
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Current DoD Top Secret Clearance/SCI is required
  • Ability to access US only data systems

Desired Skills:

  • PM and Earned Value Certification - Raytheon specific or external organization.


Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or other related discipline


This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
